We have been a family run business since 1936, when our great grand father Late Shri Gurditta Mal Matti Ram Jain opened his first jewellery shop in Kharar (Distt. Ropar, then). The business was handed over to our grand father Late Shri Balbir Singh Jain who in 1962 initiated the shop Balbir Singh Jain Bankers and Saraf, Kharar currently Balbir Singh Sanjay Kumar Jain Jewellers and then in 1985 Jain Jewellers Mohali was innaugrated. We are proud of our reputation for exceptional quality and exacting standards, and our passion for fine jewellery has been nothing short of a love affair. The pursuit of excellence is simply part of our ethos as family business. Our passion and expertise has been passed down through generations, and is still the main focus of how we do things today.

Our founding father, Shri Balbir Singh Jain ji with a 40+ years of experience in the jewellery business initiated JJM in 1985 with his son Ajay Kumar Jain. He believed personalized attention to customers is one of the biggest asset a small company can have and one thing a business should never forget while growing. Since then JJM strives to be a customer centric organization every day.

Aashish Jain
Our in-house avant-garde Gemologist and a computer engineer by profession. Aashish holds a B.Tech Degree from Rayat and Bahra Institure of Enginnering and Technology (Punjab Technical University) and a diploma from the Gemological Institute of America (Mumbai). Aashish is passionate about providing a hassle free experience to the customers and keeps the quality of product as his utmost priority. He believes JJM’s small size yet flexible, customer centric approach has made us a credible alternative to high priced, not-so-transparent jewellery stores.
